Our example is knitted in stripes of 8 rows per colour. Choose 3 colours in Italian BIG JIM, or COSTELLATION YARN you will need 6 balls of each colour so 18 balls in total. If you want an xlarge blanket use 8 balls of each colour (24 in total).

10mm circular needle with a long cable, probably about 100 to 120 cm.
